  • During our 45 min meditation sessions, I will guide you
    into deeper states of relaxation and connection with yourself.
  • You receive knowledge around meditation (techniques, Do´s, Dont´s, benefits).
  • You learn simple meditation techniques which you can integrate in daily life.
  • The sessions are catered individually to you and your experiences with meditating, therefore it could include various kinds of meditations with different lengths and moments of talking and reflecting together.
  • I will help you understand your meditation experiences,
    herefore you are never alone with it.
  • You receive a personally recorded guided meditation just for you.
  • You receive support from me via Whatsapp during the week.
